HEALTH EDUCATION
Our providers work side by side with our Health Educator and Case Manager to assure you reveive the care you need when you need it. They will explain diseases, treatments and results in an easily understandable manner. Together our Care Team will help you make the best decisions about your care. LCCC provides general nutrition counseling for children, teens, and adults. We also offer gardening education at our Marianna facility.
