Staff Physician
Lee County Cooperative Clinic, Marianna, AR is seeking a Staff Physician. The
position is under the direct supervision of the Chief Medical Officer (CMO). The qualified
applicant will diagnose, treat, and help prevent diseases and injuries that commonly occur in the general population.
Minimum qualifications include but are not limited to being a medical doctor, must have 5-10 years professional experience within a community health center, five (5) years of clinical practice experience beyond residency training, prior experience working in a medically under-served area preferred, and two (2) years prior experience as a Clinical Supervisor, Medical Director or in a position requiring supervision over physicians and/or mid-level practitioners in a group practice setting.

Nurse Practitioner
Lee County Cooperative Clinic, a Federally Qualified Health Center, Marianna, AR is seeking a Nurse Practitioner. The position is under the direct supervision of the Chief Medical Officer. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and helping to prevent diseases and injuries that commonly occur in the general population.
Qualifications: Prior experience working in a medically under-served area preferred. Familiar with special patient population needs such as ethnic minorities. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Demonstrated skill in problem solving, conflict resolution, and planning. Demonstrated leadership qualities such as having professional competence, reliability, and professional integrity. Familiar with Medicaid and managed care principles and practices. Familiar with HIPAA rules and regulations. Should be proficient in Health Information Technology. FTCA coverage or private professional malpractice insurance obtainable.
